The combiFIN is the fastest and most uncomplicated type of vertical processing of medium-sized glass formats with optimum cycle times and cost-effectiveness.
combiFIN combines intelligent processing devices into a logical unit and also allows the individual components to be used independently. Typically, the line is formed by a GLX P1 grinding and polishing machine in combination with an MRX G7 drilling and milling centre. A topDRILL© drilling machine can be used instead of the MRX G7, soon also with patented water jet technology as additional equipment. All devices are CNC-controlled. The range is complemented by topCLEAR washing machines and mechanical water treatment systems.
A central and important area of glass processing is the grinding and polishing of outer edges. With the GLX P1, external machining of almost all shapes is carried out, whereby only a straight set-up edge is required. Compared to all-in-one machines, the GLX P1 is much faster and operation is naturally much easier. Despite full line integration, the GLX P1 can also be used as a stand-alone unit if required.
The MRX G7 is a long-established system for the most flexible drilling, countersinking and milling operations. The internal processing with drilling, countersinking, milling and grinding stands out with unbeatable variability and extreme performance in double-sided processing.
The combiFIN is the perfect processing solution for all companies with an ongoing requirement for different types of glass lites sheets, even in batch size = 1. All-glass doors, back walls, parapets or partition walls cannot be edited more quickly and easily than with the combiFIN line.
The advantages of the combiFIN combination line lie in its extreme performance combined with flexibility and very simple operation. Consistent standardisation and series production make the system easy to maintain and inexpensive.

Batch size 1 as standard - even for shapes
Allows mixed production of glass lites sheets of different sizes and thicknesses without loss of cycle time. The new tool is changed automatically during the suction phase if necessary.
Cycle times at the absolute top
By combining the devices, system-related downtimes are avoided. Production times for typical shower doors or all-glass doors are reduced to less than five minutes.
Additional equipment integrated as standard
Glass thickness gauge to avoid incorrect loading, dressing and sharpening unit for diamond and polishing wheels, probing and sharpening unit for drilling and milling tools.
State-of-the-art software solutions
DXF import from external drawings, automated detection and splitting of data between external and internal processing without operator intervention. Maintenance is possible during non-operational times, as is remote maintenance and remote control.
Diamond tools as part of the quotation
Well-matched and practical drilling and grinding tools for uncomplicated use.
