We have worldwide cooperations with technologically leading and reliable partners who develop and provide components, materials and services for us. The development, production, assembly and examination of our plants and machines are part of our duties, but we want to leave other manufacturing techniques to specialists.

- They have a quality management system which reliably ensures consistent quality
- They regard on-schedule deliveries even in case of varying required quantities as a challenge which they meet by a high flexibility
- Process control instruments such as Kanban and JIT are not unfamiliar to them
- They are a competent contact for our developers and design engineers
- They also incorporate low quantities and order-related orders into their production structure
The purchasing department’s services have a direct influence on Schraml’s success. An optimal price-performance-ratio of the goods and service performances ensures the long-lasting cooperation with innovative suppliers and service providers.
