 Description

top-CUT precision panel saws are the perfect tools for rounding off the range of products offered by modern glazier plants. This potential business is often neglected due to a lack of suitable cutting tools. Normal circular saws do not run at the correct speed and produce too much dust.

The saw blade is located in a fully encapsulated housing. Specially sprung clamping jaws optimally adapt to all material strengths. Encapsulation of the device ensures safety and provides frontal extractiong.

top-CUT excels by using a special saw unit which is guided on a linear motion system. These light high-precision bearings are designed for a long service life and high-precision cuts. These types of guide systems have significantly less friction when compared to conventional systems.

top-CUT is equipped with an electronic frequency converter for adapting to all materials and cutting clean edges. The speed of the saw blade is fully variable up to 10,000 rpm. This uncomplicated method of adjustment means that a universal saw blade may be used to cut almost any kind of material. When handling special materials, the saw blade can easily be exchanged for a special blade.

Very simple operation Two-sided dust extraction with run-on relay:
top-CUT is one of the few saws which extract the dust from both sides using independent equipment. At the rear, the whole cavity of the guide track is used for extraction. At the front, the encapsulated saw housing is kept clean using a suction hose. The run-on delay feature is fitted as standard and ensures that any residual dust and shavings also end up in the intended place: the vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner is NOT supplied as standard, however it can be provided at an additional charge.
 
Very simple operation:
one particular advantage of the precision panel saw lies in its simple and uncomplicated handling. A weight compensation feature allows strength-saving operation. Pneumatic panel fixing prevents the sawed material from slipping. Double-sided dust extraction permits direct installation at the workplace. Vertical operation allows easy loading/unloading by one person.
 
Length attitude Length adjustment Different models:
top-CUT is delivered with cutting lengths of 160cm or 210cm. The support area for both models is 150cm and 100cm on the right and left sides respectively. The length is manually adjusted using foldable stops. Depending on individual requirements, this allows supplementary products to be conveniently machined at competitive prices.
