 Concept

topCLEAR Aquatec is our range of proven grinding water cleaning systems. Grinding sludge is filtered from the recirculated water in an environment-friendly manner without the use of filters or chemical agents. This prevents pipe blockages in the grinding machine and time-consuming cleaning of the collection tanks. Aquatec systems are usually installed in the local bypass system, thereby reducing installation effort to a minimum.

topDRILL, topCLEAR and topCUT can be combined to provide an optimised system. The varioflexx system allows the inter-connection of modules, usually without any adjustment. Integrated cable runs and a low glass conveying level facilitate convenient loading and unloading. Our systems can be configured in line with customer specifications and supplied with the required direction of travel. Open and flexible data interfaces are provided for connection with other equipment or systems.

The cleaning of AQUATEC systems is very straightforward: Depending on the model or type, either an indicator lamp will flash to indicate that the sludge is being emptied or you empty the machine based on the rm-reading on your grinding machine.
		Step 1:	Open the cover. A safety switch ensures this is only possible when the machine is switched off and the rotor is stationary
		Step 2:	Open the rotor lock using the special spanner provided.
		Step 3:	The rotor can now be removed
		Step 4:	Remove the sludge collector.
		Step 5:	Insert the clean sludge collector into the machine (always supplied with two sludge collectors).
		Step 6:	Close off the rotor again using the special spanner.
		Step 7:	Close the cover - AQUATEC is now ready for operation.
