• Sturdy construction.

• Spray kiln treatment guaranteeing high quality and long-term duration. All metal parts not sprayed are subjected to a galvanizing treatment protecting them from exposure to atmospheric agents.

• Dust filter (in-built) with completely automatic cleaning feature incorporated in the machine for filtering the dust generated by the sandblasting process. This dust is captured and filtered in a completely automatic way during the processing through special filtering sleeves (sleeves made out of a special polyester felt guaranteeing extended duration; minimum duration of approx. 2,000 hours) which are subsequently discharged automatically into specific containers positioned in the lower part of the filter. Therefore, the only intervention carried out on the filter by the operator consists in the periodic emptying of the above-mentioned containers.
This feature defines the machine as an environment-friendly sandblasting unit since the special filter prevents dust from being spread in the environment and, consequently, inhalation of this dust by the operator is avoided.

• Keyboard-equipped control panel + display. Easy and speedy elaboration of the programming of working cycles to be carried out, thanks to the special and exclusive program (developed by the Fratelli Pezza team) which guides the operator step by step. As a consequence, software knowledge is not required of the operator in order for the above-mentioned program to be utilized. Training time for any workman to learn the program: 10-20 minutes.
The new program, which was recently updated and made available in multiple languages, makes it possible to:
- program up to 30 sandblasting areas (even with qualitative elements differing from one another) on the same glass plate.
- implement an infinite variety of sandblasting types (normal, light, Engraved and shaded) all in a completely automatic way.
Light sandblasting: the intensity of the sandblasting can be adjusted
Engraved sandblasting: the incision depth can be adjusted
Shaded sandblasting: shading length can be varied
- Save and store up to 30 work programs that can therefore be repeated by simply recalling the number of the program that one intends applying

• Automatic system for the recovering and recycling of the abrasive material. A special device built into the machine allows the automatic separation of the waste dust from the abrasive material, which therefore is recovered and returned to the work cycle in a completely automatic mode.

• External and internal supports equipped with special bristled rings for maximum glass protection during the production process, thus avoiding possible scratches, scoring, etc.

• Coating of the irradiated wall with abrasion-resistant rubber.

• “Circular” rubber sealers on the side apertures in order to guarantee optimum sealing off of dust.

• Possibility of double operation: automatic or by operator thanks to the manual gun positioned on the right-hand side of the machine.

• Special abrasion-resistant rubber pipes to carry the abrasive material to the sandblasting gun.

• High-performance sandblasting guns, made out of abrasion-resistant material and equipped with a special hard metal nozzle to guarantee long lasting and high efficiency during operations.

• Special hard-metal guard to protect conveyor belt.

• Air-jet nozzle (applied to the glass exit area) for the cleaning of the conveyor belt.

• Noise level complying with regulations.

• Machinery complying with EC norms.

• Possibility of applying Amacor dies for the automatic implementation of drawings and stripes.
